The Education Advisor works with schools to help ensure they get the maximum value from the assessments that they have bought. It is largely a desk-based role, communicating with Senior Leaders and Data Managers in schools and MAT advising them on what more they could do with the reports they get from running our assessments in their schools.

The Education Advisors are the lead contact with key individuals in multi academy trusts and in the senior leadership team at academies within our most important multi academy trusts. Through these relationships we provide wide-ranging and in-depth support to teaching and learning in their schools.

Trial Coordinator

The Trial Coordinator will provide support to the Admissions Testing (AT) Project Manager and Publishing Team, ensuring all education based 11+ trialling project requirements are met. These projects will include school recruitment, trialling, standardisation, reporting and analysis stages for all new product development in addition to other tasks as required, for example, market research or engagement of customers in development decisions.

Product Manager

As a product manager at GL Assessment you will be responsible for managing existing products in both UK and international markets and creating and developing evolving market needs focussed product support and new products. You will need to work closely with colleagues to support their customers’ requirements as well as identify new opportunities for developing enhanced product support and new products.  As part of this key strategic role, you will manage the process of relationship building with our customers to improve our market share and achieve further growth.

Inside Sales Manager

The Inside Sales Manager will support the business’s growth ambitions by improving the quality of account management, increasing the rate of customer satisfaction, therefore retention and up and cross sell, either directly or by generating opportunities for the sales team. This will be achieved by delivering an outstanding onboarding experience and backing this up with supporting a strong usage experience for our customers, utilising both your team and marketing support.
