Account Manager

Departmental Account Managers are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to schools who have a departmental Doddle licence with the objective to manage the customer relationship from set up at the outset of the subscription through to a successful renewal decision.

At GL Assessment, we are passionate about the role we play in supporting schools to grow children to their best potential. We do this by providing assessment solutions that help teachers learn more about their pupils so they can find the best way to teach them.

What we are looking for:

  • Customer service experience is essential and account management would be desirable
  • Self-motivated and focused individual with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent and efficient communicator – written and verbal
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality record
  • Collaborative working style
  • Education industry experience is desirable
  • High level of IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM systems, Financial systems)

This is a part time role, working 24 hours per week (Term-time only)

Salary: £14,000 - £17,000 per annum
