The Customer Support Advisor is a key part of the international business development, sales and customer support activities. You will be responsible for customer communications and relationship development, low-level account management and increasing attendance to our workshops and events. The role requires both an interest in providing exceptional customer service as well as a drive to hit sales targets.
You will be customer focused, ambitious and enthusiastic person with a passion to genuinely make a difference. You will be a people’s person with a vibrant personality who wants to be part of our energetic and growing international team, based here in West London!
