GL Assessment wins Education Investor Award 2015

GL Assessment has won a prestigious Education Investor Award 2015 in the Use of Technology category in a ceremony held at the Brewery in London.

The accolade, presented on Wednesday 11 November to GL Assessment’s Chief Executive, Greg Watson, recognises the quality of assessments that the company develops to help teachers assess the abilities of children as they progress through school.

Greg Watson, Chief Executive of GL Assessment, says: “GL Assessment has been pioneering digital assessment for the last decade and many teachers rely on assessments such as our Cognitive Abilities Test, the Baseline early years assessment and our Progress Test Series, to help benchmark pupils’ progress as they work their way through school. With recent developments in education, we have been taking the use of digital assessment to the next level and we are delighted to have been recognised for that.”

The company’s assessments are used in over 100 countries worldwide and more than 3 million pupils were assessed using one of their top five assessments in 2014.
