Student First

By collaborating with us on your Student First package, you’ll have full cost-effective access to our core assessments: CAT4, The PT Series, NGRT and PASS. Schools have the flexibility to choose one or two, or all core assessments, to best suit their needs. 

Taking a whole school approach to help you support students at an individual, cohort, whole-school and group level, we appreciate that every student’s story is different, which is why all of the components of the Student First assessment package are flexible and chosen by you.  

The Cognitive Abilities Test (CAT4) will provide you with a unique profile of each student’s strengths and areas for development, regardless of where you are in the curriculum. 

The Progress Test Series (PT Series) will enable you to identify learning gaps and measure year-on-year progress, while the New Group Reading Test (NGRT) provides you with an accurate benchmark for your students’ current reading skills, as well as targeted interventions to ensure every student reaches his or her potential. Finally, the Pupil Attitudes to Self and School (PASS) Survey focuses on wellbeing. Designed to shine a light on any barriers to learning your students may have, it paves the way for you to target accurate interventions.
