Digging Deeper with CAT4 Data – A Masterclass with Matthew Savage (AM Session)

Saturday 22 September, 09:00 - 12:00

Does your school have CAT4 data but is not yet fully equipped to use it?

Are you frustrated by the lack of impact of the CAT4 data on student learning, progress and wellbeing?

Would you like to increase your capacity and capability to lead on the use of the CAT4 data in your school?

This half-day masterclass, led by global CAT4 expert, Matthew Savage (pioneer of #themonalisaeffect), will offer you the chance to:

  • examine some of the actual CAT4 data from your school;
  • explore the different flags which can help you dig deeper into the data (e.g. Verbal Deficit, Maths Car etc);
  • identify students and groups of students in need of additional interventions and support;
  • consider strategies which might better ensure the impact of the data on individual students, cohorts and, indeed, the whole school.

In order to benefit from the masterclass, you will need to:

  • be a reasonably confident and competent user of CAT4 yourself;
  • possess a demonstrable enthusiasm about and commitment to the potential of student-level data;
  • hold a leadership role which will enable you to effect change in data-led learning at your school;
  • share with Matthew in advance of the workshop the CAT4 data for one Year Group from your school.

Places are limited to 12 delegates per session to ensure a fully interactive session - this session is now fully booked.  There are still a limited amount of places on the afternoon masterclass, if you would like to register, please click here
