These seminars support schools’ understanding of effective formative assessment practices and how these can support their students’ learning and maximise progress.
Aimed at school principals and members of the Senior Leadership Team, delegates will learn how data can inform whole-school development planning as well as supporting teachers’ judgement of students’ capabilities.
Come and learn about the power of data in your school and how, when understood and used effectively, it can reveal the potential of each of your students and explain the causes of any underperformance.
Attendees will learn about how they can use both attainment and ability assessments to identify gaps in learning and potential barriers prohibiting students from reaching their full potential.
23rd Jan only: Practical context will be added by Tassos Anastasiades, Head of School, Edubridge International School, who will detail how he has used GL Education assessments to enhance students’ learning and highlight any individuals in need of targeted and personalised support.
All participants will receive a certificate of attendance after the seminar.
